Lean Executive Consultant, Kazu SuzukiKimo developed a solid knowledge of Toyota's level scheduling, pull processes and in-plant inventory management and material handling through training by Japanese advisors and six years on-the-job production control experience at Toyota's largest North American plant. Subsequently he has applied and strengthened his Lean knowledge and implementation skills supporting the development of Mercedes Benz' production control system for their new Alabama plant, serving as manager/consultant in the Lean Manufacturing Office of Boeing Company, manager of production control and logistics for Delphi Automotive and successfully supporting clients in their Lean implementations. Kimo has received excellent training from Toyota as well as Six Sigma Green Belt training.
